Tim is a partner at HMB and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. He focuses his practice on buying, selling, leasing and financing commercial real estate.

Tim’s practice encompasses commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and development, in addition to office, retail and industrial leasing, development agreements, easement agreements, construction contracts, real estate lending and property management. He handles all property types, including retail shopping centers, industrial, office, multifamily residential properties and other mixed-use commercial properties. Tim also has extensive experience representing owners and operators of long-term care facilities in connection with the acquisition, disposition and leasing of healthcare properties.

Representing a wide range of industries in the Chicago and national real estate markets, Tim’s clients range from buyers, developers, borrowers and landlords to sellers, investors, lenders and tenants; from privately-held companies to individual entrepreneurs. Tim works closely with developers from letter of intent through planning, development, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate projects nationwide. He also works with lenders to help structure and document loan facilities for owners and developers of commercial real estate.
