Sarah is a member of HMB’s Private Client, Trusts and Estates group and concentrates her practice on estate planning, asset protection and closely-held business succession.
Working with individuals and families looking to preserve and pass on wealth, Sarah provides sophisticated estate and tax planning advice. She works with clients to protect their assets in a tax efficient manner by utilizing various estate, gift and generation-skipping tax transfer techniques.
Sarah also partners with business owners to help determine and plan for ownership succession in a manner that serves their vision for the future of their company.
Sarah views a client’s estate plan as an ongoing and evolving long-term relationship. This relationship allows Sarah to work knowledgably, creatively and efficiently as the client’s objectives and circumstances evolve, and local and federal laws change, over time.
