NaTasha is HMB’s Human Resources Director. She focuses on recruiting and developing firm talent and creating employee relations strategies that represent the firm’s culture and values.
As a member of HMB’s Management Team and Diversity and Equity Action Task Force (“IDEA”), NaTasha contributes directly to the long and short-term strategic objectives of the firm. She oversees all HR functions and partners with leaders across the firm to develop programs that enhance the employee experience.

She manages recruitment and orientation, employee relations, development and training, performance management, policy creation and implementation, benefit programs and payroll management. She also serves as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing guidance on matters related to HR strategy, organizational design and workforce planning.
Prior to joining HMB, NaTasha worked for a non-profit where she was responsible for the direction and oversight of all HR functions. She implemented policies and procedures that complied with legal and regulatory requirements while supporting over 1,000 staff.
