Mary is a member of HMB’s Business and Finance Group where she focuses on general corporate and transactional matters.
Mary works with clients on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and all stages of financing. She assists a wide range of clients including privately-held companies, private equity groups and their portfolio companies, lenders and investors.
Prior to joining HMB, Mary worked in her law school’s Business Law Clinic with small business owners and non-profit operators, advising on corporate governance, development strategies, contract and employment matters. Mary was a captain of her school’s ABA Negotiation Team and a Senior Editor on Loyola’s Journal of Regulatory Compliance, where she wrote articles related to compliance and regulatory changes and implications for businesses.
