Loxley is a member of HMB’s Real Estate Group and focuses her practice on the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate.
Loxley advises real estate owners, developers and investors on the acquisition and disposition of various property types, including shopping centers, multi-family properties, office spaces and apartment buildings. Her practice encompasses contract drafting and negotiation, commercial real estate financing and retail, office and industrial leasing. Prior to HMB, Loxley worked as an associate for a boutique real estate law firm where she represented local and national clients in a variety of transactions, including structuring and documenting the acquisition of a $30 million retail shopping center, negotiating the sale of an $8 million multi-family property and successfully closing on a 25-unit condominium deconversion.
