Kate is a partner in HMB’s Business and Finance Group. Her practice focuses on M&A and she acts as outside general counsel to private, middle-market businesses.
Kate splits her practice between transactions, general counsel work and regulatory compliance. Her clients—primarily privately-held manufacturing, distribution, restaurant/concessions and service companies—rely on her practical approach to negotiate and close transactions efficiently, and to maintain compliance with laws and contracts.
