Jennifer is a member of HMB’s Private Client, Trusts and Estates group. She focuses her practice on estate planning, probate litigation and general business matters.
Jennifer helps clients understand and address issues with estate and gift tax, wealth transfers, charitable gifts, asset protection and general business matters. She works with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, charitable organizations, families and their advisors.

Prior to joining HMB, Jennifer was an Assistant Public Defender in Philadelphia serving in the Major Trials Unit where she handled hundreds of hearings and tried over 55 misdemeanor and felony cases to verdict.
While in law school, Jennifer was the President of the Black Law Students Association where she received the Midwest BLSA Award for Outstanding Leadership and Service. She also won a Regional championship as a participant for the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Team and earned a Trial Advocacy Certificate in trial and appellate advocacy as well as dispute resolution.
