Grant is a partner at HMB and a member of the firm’s Private Client, Trusts and Estates Group. He focuses his practice on estate planning, estate settlement and trust administration.
Grant helps clients address issues with estate and gift tax, wealth transfers, asset protection and charitable gifts. He works with small business owners, corporate and individual fiduciaries, families and individuals and has deep experience in the administration of trusts and estates from both legal and business perspectives.

Prior to joining HMB, Grant worked at another Chicago firm in matters relating to succession planning for closely held business and trust and estate planning and administration. Before entering the practice of law, Grant worked at a nationally recognized trust company administering trusts and estates.
