Edith is HMB’s Human Resources Director. She focuses on recruiting and developing firm talent and creating employee relations strategies that represent the firm’s culture and values.
As a member of HMB’s Management Team and Diversity and Equity Action Task Force (“IDEA”), Edith contributes directly to the long and short-term strategic objectives of the firm. She oversees all HR initiatives and partners with leaders across the firm to develop programs that enhance the employee experience.
Edith has extensive experience in recruiting high-performing team members and creating programs for training, performance development and succession planning. She partners with leadership to standardize and improve HMB’s HR policies and procedures.
In addition to a degree in Pre-Law and Human Resources, Edith has over 20 years of human resources management experience—15 in leadership roles. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions in the financial services, accounting and legal industries.
