Dylan is a paralegal in HMB’s Business & Finance Group and assists in all types of corporate matters, with a focus on corporate governance and compliance matters.
As a graduate of an ABA Approved paralegal degree program, Dylan partners with attorneys and clients on their corporate compliance matters and transactional matters. He is involved in nearly every aspect of the compliance process, from obtaining and maintaining registrations to effectuating conversions of entities and final withdrawals. Dylan also assists with transaction matters throughout every aspect of the deal process, including diligence, closing and post-closing items.

Dylan was nominated for his pro-bono work regarding domestic violence, authoring a study used by the Chief Circuit Judges of Illinois. He also holds an Illinois Accredited Paralegal (ILAP) credential, which provides paralegal employees and employers with a benchmark to determine qualified individuals to provide legal services under the supervision of an attorney.
