Blaise is a member of HMB’s Business and Finance Group. She focuses her practice on general corporate and transactional matters.
Partnering with companies ranging from start-ups to national corporations and established private equity funds, Blaise assists clients on a variety of transactional matters, including strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt financings. Blaise also acts as general counsel to clients on day-to-day operational matters.

While in law school, Blaise was the Executive Editor of the Consumer Law Review and a student attorney in the Business Law Clinic where she advised entrepreneurs, local business owners and not-for-profit organizations on various business-related matters. Prior to law school, Blaise worked at an AM Law 100 firm.
