Director & Shareholder, Rick Rein will participate in a panel that will discuss how to domesticate a foreign judgment in Delaware, as well as how to domesticate a Delaware judgment in a foreign jurisdiction. The keynote speaker is The Honorable Eric M. Davis, Superior Court of the State of Delaware. Practitioners will also learn of methods to address risks and dispute resolutions, and obtaining credit insurance. The presentation will also include one (1) credit of ethics, specifically, ethical considerations in cross-border collections and enforcement efforts.
