Join Jordan M. Goodman for this program that will take a look at the nexus standards in the three years from when Wayfair was decided by the U.S. Supreme Court. Jordan will examine the current nexus laws for not only sales tax, but income tax, occupation taxes and other taxes imposed by state and local governments. He will also check in on the status of marketplace sellers and the impact of the MTC's recent white paper on PL 86-272 on all sellers of tangible personal property.
