HMB is proud to announce that John W. Guzzardo has been appointed by the United State Trustee of Region 11 to the Panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division. John is Chair of HMB’s Litigation Group and a partner in HMB’s Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditors’ Rights practice.
"Over the past eleven years of my career, I have been fortunate enough to work with and for some of the best trustees in this district on complex and significant legal and commercial matters. I am very honored to be appointed as a member of the Northern District’s chapter 7 trustee panel and look forward to bringing my energy and experience to this important position," said John.
As a panel trustee, John remains with HMB, but will be tagged by the Office of United States Trustee to administer bankruptcy cases filed under chapter 7 of title 11 of the United States Code for the benefit of creditors and stakeholders.
