The Midwest Chapter is hosting an interactive and enlightening panel discussion on the role of rollover equity in M&A transactions including what you need to know as a seller or buyer to protect your interests in transactions involving rollover equity. Prior to the panel discussion Chapter Leaders and Staff will provide updates on local and National AMAA events and news. Roger Schoenfeld, Midwest Chapter leader will also provide Q1 2021 M&A statistics.
