It is with great sadness that we inform you of the untimely passing of our dear friend and colleague, Joshua Haberkorn. Josh passed away on June 24th at the age of 31 after a long and heroic battle with cancer.
Josh was a talented attorney with an incredible work ethic and a contagious smile. Josh started at HMB as a Law Clerk and matriculated up through the firm, recently serving as one of the leaders on the Associates Committee. As accomplished as he was as an attorney, Josh was so much more as a person and as a friend. He was a genuinely caring colleague and a constant symbol of grace and courage. Through it all, Josh was unfailingly positive and always fun to be around. His humor ran the full spectrum from subtle to obvious but always managed to hit the right note. It is impossible to encapsulate all that Josh means to us or the impact he has had on the firm. Put simply, we were lucky to have him as part of the HMB team, and he will be missed.
