Robert is a partner in HMB’s Business and Finance Group. He focuses his practice on general corporate matters, technology transactions and M&A and capital transactions.
Robert serves as outside general counsel for privately-held companies, advising them on transactional, structural and compliance issues. He is a leader in the firm’s Technology Practice, partnering with tech driven or enabled clients on their software/SaaS transactions and data privacy matters.
