HMB is pleased to announce that Jeffrey A. Zaluda and Timothy S. Rybicki were elected to its 2022 Board of Directors.
Jeffrey A. Zaluda is a partner in HMB’s Private Client, Trusts and Estates Group. He focuses his practice on estate planning and administration, fiduciary counsel and litigation, business planning, asset protection planning, and philanthropic planning and deployment of capital for social impact.
Timothy S. Rybicki is a partner in HMB’s Real Estate Group. He focuses his practice on buying, selling, leasing and financing commercial real estate.
Continuing to serve on the Board of Directors with Jeff and Tim are Sean D. Auton, Jeffrey A. Hechtman and David A. Hughes.
