HMB is pleased to announce that Sean D. Auton, Christin A. Handa, Jeffrey A. Hechtman, David A. Hughes and Kate Kanabay were elected to its 2021 Board of Directors.
Sean D. Auton is a partner in HMB’s Business and Finance Group. He focuses his practice on general counsel and transaction matters, predominantly serving high-growth companies, ranging from start-ups to more established entities.
Christin A. Handa is a partner in HMB’s Private Client, Trusts & Estates group. Her practice focuses on estate planning, asset protection, premarital agreements, estate and trust administration and consulting with divorce attorneys and professionals.
Jeffrey A. Hechtman is a partner in HMB's Business and Finance Group. He splits his time between general counsel and transaction matters.
David A. Hughes is a partner in HMB's State and Local Tax (SALT) Group. He helps clients limit their state and local tax exposure through sensible planning and, when necessary, vigorous litigation strategies.
Kate Kanabay is a partner in HMB's Business and Finance Group. She handles M&A and acts as outside general counsel to private, middle-market businesses.
