Fred Marcus will present "Today in Taxes" at New York University's 37th Institute on State and Local Taxation on December 17th, 2019. The most important SALT developments will be discussed throughout the event by a team of industry leaders. The 37th Institute will include a "Hardball" segment that goes over the expanding use of gross receipts taxes as a revenue source as well as a "Meet the Press" panel discussion on updates in the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania areas.
