This session will present an overview of the Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal including its establishment, jurisdiction, procedures, decisions and potential changes. The session will also address when the tax tribunal should be considered to resolve Illinois sales tax issues as well as best practices in anticipation of utilizing the tribunal.
