Svoboda Capital Partners ("SCP"), a private equity firm, announced its recapitalization of Marcus Thomas LLC ("MT"), a full-service marketing and advertising agency. HMB represented SCP in the recapitalization. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
SCP is a Chicago-based private equity firm that invests in leading middle market growth companies. Founded in 1998, the SCP team has more than 70 years of collective private equity experience.
