Kynat is a member of HMB’s Business and Finance Group and focuses her practice on general corporate and transactional matters.
Representing companies across various industries, Kynat advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance and debt financings. She acts as outside general counsel to clients on day-to-day operational matters.
Read MorePrior to joining HMB as an Associate, Kynat worked as a law clerk at HMB where she partnered with attorneys on a wide range of general corporate matters and research. During law school, Kynat was a student attorney in the Business Law Clinic where she advised entrepreneurs, small business owners and not-for-profit organizations on transactional matters. Kynat also served as an extern for a U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
