HMB congratulates Svoboda Capital Partners, LLC (“SC”) on their partnership with Horwitz, LLC (“Horwitz”).
Based in New Hope, MN, Horwitz operates as a multi-trade specialty mechanical and HVAC service provider. Horwitz provides engineering, installation and ongoing support for the HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building controls industry segments. The company provides a full suite of services to over 1,300 customers annually consisting of general contractors, specialty contractors and building owners.
Founded in 1998, SC is a Chicago-based private equity firm that identifies, invests in and helps build excellent businesses in its targeted business niches: business services and value-added distribution.
