Ryan is a member of HMB’s Business and Finance Group and focuses his practice on general corporate and transactional matters.
Representing companies across a wide range of industries, Ryan assists clients with M&A, debt financing, corporate governance and commercial transactions.

He also served as an intern for the Honorable Peter J. Messitte of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and clerked for a member of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.
