HMB is pleased to welcome Dante (Dan) Wen to its growing Bankruptcy, Reorganization & Creditors’ Rights practice.
Dan Wen joins HMB as an Associate and focuses his practice on commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. He represents creditors and bankruptcy committees in insolvency, restructuring and recovery.
Prior to joining HMB, Den served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jack B. Schmetterer of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. As a judicial clerk, Dan prepared memoranda for the court on complex and novel litigation and bankruptcy issues in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases.
