Lauren is a member of HMB’s Business and Finance Group. She focuses her practice on venture capital, general corporate and transactional matters.
Lauren partners with a wide range of clients spanning numerous industries. She works with start-up and early-stage companies on matters related to entity formation, corporate governance, strategic partnerships and growth through mergers and acquisitions. She acts as outside general counsel to clients on day-to-day operational matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements and advising on corporate governance and compliance and intellectual property needs.
Prior to joining HMB, Lauren was an Associate at a Leading National Tax Service Provider where she helped clients secure the full benefit of federal and state tax incentives. She was also an Associate at an AM Law intellectual property firm where she focused on trademark prosecution, chemical and life sciences patent prosecution and general intellectual property litigation.
