Susan is a Paralegal in HMB’s Business & Finance Group and assists clients and attorneys in all aspects of general corporate, transactional and finance matters.
With years of M&A and corporate finance experience, Susan is involved in nearly every aspect of the transaction process, from diligence and data room to closing and post-closing.
Susan assists clients and attorneys with drafting, editing and reviewing secured lending agreements, financing agreements, M&A agreements and other general corporate and transaction due diligence documents. She assists with corporate formation and compliance documentation, organizing closing CPs, streamlining drafts of documents and post-closing organization.
