Kristin L. Dunlap

Kristin is a partner in HMB’s Real Estate Group. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions including workouts, development, leasing and finance matters.

Kristin helps real estate owners, developers, investors and users fulfill their business vision by diving deep into the details and efficiently driving projects over the finish line. Kristin works on acquisitions, dispositions and financing of several property types, including shopping centers, industrial properties, condominium properties, offices, apartment buildings, hotels and raw or distressed land for development. She also has significant experience in note acquisitions, workouts and condominium deconversions.

As a counselor to individuals and organizations involved in complex real estate dealings, Kristin drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements and loan documents, as well as advises on tax matters related to real estate. Her depth of experience allows her to navigate a complex deal skillfully and efficiently.
