Jeff is a member of HMB’s Business and Finance Group and Managing Partner of HMB. He splits his time between general counsel and transaction matters.
Jeff helps leaders of privately-held companies and their investors make and implement smart business decisions about deals, disputes and the every-day challenges of growing and operating successful businesses.
As outside general counsel, Jeff’s experience spans the organization chart—from the legal aspects of operations, sales and marketing to Finance, HR, IT and the complexities and structure of the private company boardroom.
Jeff also acts as transactional counsel to numerous businesses, banks, lenders, funds (private equity, venture capital, turnaround, mezzanine and real estate), executives, investor groups and family offices.
